The Extron CVEQ 100 D is a high performance one input, one output composite video and audio line driver. It is capable of driving composite video and audio signals up to 1000 (300 m) on Extron MHR or equivalent high resolution video cables and STP series audio cables. The CVEQ 100 D is housed in Decora-style wall plates that are suited for permanent, in-wall installations in auditoriums, boardrooms, lecture halls, and other applications where video signals must be routed over long distances.
The CVEQ 100 D features independent gain and EQ adjustments, which compensate for signal losses due to long cable runs, and offer optimum signal quality regardless of cable length. The gain control allows for brightness adjustment by varying the overall voltage of the signal.

The CVEQ 100 D also features active audio buffering-which converts unbalanced audio signals to balanced line level and simplifies integration of consumer-grade A/V products in commercial or professional-grade systems. Balanced audio signals are less susceptible to noise, and due to the inherent +6 dB signal gain, allow for cable runs up to 1,000 feet (300 meters).

The CVEQ 100 D comes standard with both black and white face plates and trim plates.
